Build it and they will come ... and thousands of you did come to our unique World on Your Doorstep event at London’s Galleria. With a stunning Moroccan indoor beach bar - complete with 2 tonnes of sand - to the stylish Tokyo lounge bar and the funky Amazonian jungle area, the party offered a fantastic, if surreal, experience as you walked off wintery London streets.
The launch night kicked off with Atomic Kitten Liz McClarnon and infamous London DJ Jodie Harsh mingling with the masses, alongside performing snakes, belly dancers and a frisky Gorilla amongst others! But the spirit of the totally free event was less about celebs and more about bringing everyone a taste of the life-enhancing destinations on offer from Shoestring and a chance to meet like minded people over the three nights. The free cocktails didn’t hurt either… Happy travels!
